I bought this gun when...
I bought this gun when it was on sale for something less than $330. It is Magnum Research marked but it actually manufactured by IWI in Israel. I know the .40 S&W is out of vogue these days. Like most other folks I also prefer the 9x19, but I like having options and this gun was priced so low it was hard to pass up. I don't think I would pay $500 plus for one, especially when the steel framed IWI marked gun is available for only slightly more. -It has a slide mounted decocker/safety that functions like a Beretta 92. The IWI marked guns have a frame mounted safety and no decocker. -The gun is accurate and completely reliable so far. More pleasant to shoot than most polymer.40s I have shot. Overall great pistol and a good value when on sale.
