Practical? Nope....
Practical? Nope. Heavy? Yup! Cool factor? 10 Fun factor? 10 What more can be said about the famous Desert Eagle? It's super fun to shoot if not expensive. Were shooting Hornady 240gn JHP. It cycles fine but as promised by Magnum Research and everyone else that has experience with this gun, it will malfunction if you limp wrist it. That being said Certainly one of my favorites just from a fun to shoot standpoint. Love it!

Very poor out come on this item Finish on the gun looks horrible Gun as shown in picture is not the gun That you will get The gun is the Israel version not made in the usa and has the funky looking barrel on it the magazine pushes out the side grips on the gun , befor chrome was applied the the gun little to no prep work was done so it is covered in casting splatter under the chrome wich magum research does not cover finish under there warrnty The trigger is also horrible , and for it to release the hammer the trigger has to hit the trigger gaurd. This gun is the worst purchace i have ever made on a firearm

I love this pistol. It...
I love this pistol. It is so much fun to shoot! Mine had a minor problem but it was a easy fix. My safety tabs kept coming loose which would cause the pistol to malfunction. I took the two safety tab screws out and put loc-tite on them then put them back in and never had another problem. I would highly recommend this pistol and would buy it again!
