Its hard-coat anodized aluminum frame and weight-reducing cuts make it approximately 10 ounces lighter than comparable steel-frame Desert Eagle models, while the six-inch barrel and integral muzzle brake help manage recoil. The pistol combines a durable Blue/Black finish with Hogue finger-groove rubber grips, a top Picatinny rail for optic mounting, and a frame accessory rail for compatible accessories. It accepts the same magazines used by current steel-frame Desert Eagle models.
