The Nighthawk Custom GRP Recon is a full-size 1911 pistol chambered in .45 ACP and built with an all-steel frame and slide. Its five-inch traditional bushing barrel supports the classic single-action 1911 operating system, while the accessory rail accommodates weapon-mounted lights. Novak night sights provide a clear sight picture in low-light conditions. The pistol features front and rear cocking serrations, a commander-style hammer, a lightweight trigger, and a single-side tactical manual safety. Checkered texturing on the front strap and mainspring housing improves handling, with the mainspring housing incorporating a low-profile lanyard loop. This configuration includes tan golfball-textured grips, two 8-round magazines, a Surefire X3000 light, and a Nighthawk Custom range bag.
