This looks exactly like my radical firearms pistol, only difference is mines in 5.56 and not gonna lie the finish is not very good but it functions flawlessly and is very accurate. Yes this is milspec AR-15. This includes one 10 round magazine. A: No, the pistol needs to be on the MD handgun roaster to be legal in MD. This pistol (FP10) is not listed in the MD handgun roaster. However, RF-15 and RIP models are MD legal and are listed on the roaster. I hope this helps
