Love my new Remington...
Love my new Remington 1911 R1 200 Year Commemorative Model. It's my first and only 1911 that I have ever owned so I don't have much experience with them. It's a beautiful pistol. The fit and finish is very nice. I have only shot 100 rounds out of it so far, so I am still in the break in period. The experience of operating a 1911 is much different than any other handgun that I've owned or shot so there is a definite learning curve involved. It's a lot of fun to shoot.
