The Rock Island Armory TAC Ultra FS HC AOS is a full-size, double-stack 1911-style pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Its 5.05-inch barrel and 13+1 capacity provide a substantial duty-size configuration, while the AOS optic cut allows the slide to accept a compatible red dot mounting system. Standard front and rear sights support conventional aiming, and the 1911 operating system combines a crisp 4-6-pound trigger with a manual thumb safety and grip safety. The pistol has an overall length of 8.74 inches and weighs 2.5 pounds.
