A: Patricio - I guess Ruger has not seen fit to pay California the "ransom money" necessary to get this pistol on the 'approved' list. So, it can't be shipped to California. Sorry. A: Lt. Col. Wayne S, I am not aware of a Ruger American 45 ACP handgun shipping with 15 round capacity magazine. Every Ruger American 45 ACP review, article, forum I looked at featured a 10 round capacity magazine. Matter of fact that was one of the complaints the capacity for the firearms size. May be out there. I could not find mention of one.
