The Ruger LCP MAX is a compact and lightweight .380 ACP pistol designed for discreet everyday carry. This manual-safety configuration pairs a matte stainless slide with a black glass-filled nylon grip frame and a black oxide alloy steel barrel. Ruger's Secure Action fire-control system uses a protected internal hammer and bladed trigger safety for a short, smooth trigger pull, clean break, and positive reset. A tritium front sight with white outline and drift-adjustable U-notch rear sight support quick sight alignment in varied lighting. The pistol also includes a loaded chamber indicator, magazine disconnect, reversible magazine release, soft pocket holster, magazine loader, and one 10-round magazine.

I've owned a lot of...
I've owned a lot of small pistols but this LCP Max is by far the best pocket pistol on the market. It is a true pocket pistol that actually fits in the pocket and you barely know it's there. I've checked out other holsters for it and the pocket holster that comes with it is as good as any. The real selling point is the added capacity. My first add on was a 12 rd mag and that is the way I carry it. I'm a thumb safety person for any gun with a light trigger like the Max so I practice flicking off the safety any time I handle the gun. The new sights and the smoother trigger are also a great plus over the previous versions of the LCP. I highly recommend this gun to anyone looking for a reliable and very compact carry gun.
