The Ruger Mark III Target is a classic .22 LR semiautomatic pistol designed for target shooting, plinking, and small-game use. Its 6.88-inch blued steel barrel and rigid barrel-to-receiver connection provide a stable platform for accurate fire. Fixed front and precision-adjustable rear target sights support precise sight alignment, while the drilled and tapped receiver accepts a Weaver-style scope base adapter for adding an optic. The pistol features a comfortable natural-pointing grip angle, black synthetic checkered grip panels, a left-side manual safety, magazine disconnect, loaded chamber indicator, and automatic bolt hold-open latch.

Accurate pistol, only complaint is the field stripping procedure. I thought the MKII was bad but this is terrible. I knocked a star off my rating because of this.
