A .308 that almost...
A .308 that almost fits in your back pocket! MDT did a fantastic job on this Pistol Chassis System! The beautifully sculpted aluminum chassis is marked "Savage" on the ejection side (right) and "MDT LSS" on the bolt handle side. It also features the Savage logo underneath the trigger guard, as well as a "Savage" marked 10 round AICS magazine. This pistol flaunts 3 sides of Mlok rail, plus a removable sling stud for mounting a bipod. Out back the pistol boasts a 1913 rail section behind the two QD attachment points. As for the action? Tried and true, the blue printed Savage 110 action is smooth and locks up solid. The 110 PCS ships with a mounted one piece 0 MOA picatinny rail and a threaded 10.5" carbon steel barrel with a recessed crown. Don't let the short barrel fool you. I was ringing a 10 inch gong at 200 yards through a 7x scope with avarice and ease. Really unique gun and always a head turner.

Well I bought this and...
Well I bought this and i guess I thought it would work for close quarter contact with dangerous animals so it may be a very long while until I determine its effectiveness!!!Bottom line is, i like stuff that is different and unique and I have to the extra funds to acquire such stuff. I put a stock on it (Form 4 of course) and it kicks like a mule and me and my friends shoot it and and conclude that this is a great way to have fun and soothe the day with a beer! So far, that its good for but i like it!! You decide.
