I am a frequent flyer...
I am a frequent flyer with Buds Gun shop and am always pleased with the service they provide. My firearm was shipped promptly after payment was received. The Sig 1911 Compact Nickel was packaged along with two factory 7 round magazines, an instruction manual, a gun lock, and small tube of TW-25b grease. After cleaning and re-lubricating the pistol, I fired a series of 300 rounds through the gun in the first session. 45 acp has a noticeable recoil, but was very manageable, due in part to the 38 oz weight of the gun. I had no malfunctions and was using Wilson combat officer's model mags in the gun as well. I had a mixture of Federal American Eagle 230gr fmj, Remington UMC 230gr fmj, Winchester white box 185gr fmj, Remington Golden Saber Bonded hollow point 230gr, and Liberty Civil Defense +p 78gr. All rounds were accurate and easily controlled during all modes of firing. An additional 200 rounds of Remington UMC 230gr fmj were fired during the second session with no malfunctions. The Sig 1911 shoots just as good as my Wilson Combat CQB and better than my Kimbers at a fraction of the cost. I would highly recommend this or any other Sig product.
