The SIG Sauer MCX Virtus Pistol combines a compact 9-inch platform with the adaptability of the MCX operating system. Chambered in .300 Blackout, it uses a cold hammer-forged, user-changeable barrel and a short-stroke gas piston system designed for reliable operation and reduced recoil. The free-floating M-LOK handguard provides flexible accessory mounting, while ambidextrous AR-style controls support comfortable operation from either side. A Matchlite Duo trigger delivers a crisp two-stage trigger pull, and the threaded muzzle accommodates compatible suppressors and muzzle devices.

The mcx is a staple of what a good rifle should be. Out of the box its a fantastic shooter, fit and finish is fantastic, its hard to go wrong with any of the mcx line up. My only complaint is they are not true ambi lowers.
