The SIG Sauer MPX Copperhead is a compact 9mm semi-automatic pistol built around a monolithic upper receiver and a short 3.5-inch barrel with an integrated flash hider. Its two-position pistol contour brace and PDW-style polymer pistol grip provide a compact, controllable format, while the ambidextrous manual safety supports convenient operation from either side. The pistol is supplied with one 20-round magazine and features an integrated top rail for mounting a compatible optic.

Had this in my hands...
Had this in my hands less than a week. Got to give it to Buds for the supreme service. \r I have taken it out and put 250 rounds with a Sig Romeo 5. At 40 yards easily stacking hits. Very little recoil because of the weight. It is very solid all metal upper and lower. \r Trigger pull is about the same as a mill spec AR. I like it better than my MPX 1st Gen. 100% reliable no issues. \r Cons\r Price—-1600.00 is a bit high 999.99 would have been nice.\r Charge Handle is a little tight. \r The Brace does not lock in the forward compressed position. \r Only comes with 1 20 round mag. \r \r \r

Brought the Sig Copperhead to the range three times now. Put the Romeo 5 optic on. It sighted in quickly and worked flawlessly. 200-250 rounds per outing with no problems or concerns.I am never pleased with my performance on the range, always feel that I can do better, actually left the range impressed with my groupings. \r The Copperhead is the answer to often asked questions, What gun do you recommend for the range? Which gun for home defense? \r Accessories are pricey. The quality of the weapon will be remembered long after I forget the cost. Keep Training, Be Safe..
