As usual buds had great prices and fast shipping! The sig is work of art! And the price point is great! It's everything that a fired hammer gun could be! With sigs short reset trigger system follow up shots are easy. Now it takes a bit with the high bore axis to get used to but once you do that she is accurate as heck! Grab one if you can and you won't be disappointed!

For years, this was my dream gun, and I finally got it. This gun is a dream come true. Very beautiful pistol. Fits perfectly in my hands and I have relatively large and slender hands. Very comfortable grip. The stock grips have a light texture that is not aggressive at all, but yet you can feel the light texture comfortably and it is enough to keep the gun from slipping while holding or firing. Cleaned and lubricated the pistol and then brought it to the range for the first time. I fired three hundred rounds through it in one session to break the gun in. Not one malfunction whatsoever. What impressed me the most is the extreme accuracy of this pistol. Recoil is quite low and the gun is lots of fun to shoot. Because of the gun's very high accuracy and the tremendous fun it is to shoot, I plan on using this very gun for my upcoming concealed carry qualification shoot. This is a full sized pistol, so this won't be my actual everyday carry gun. However, this gun inspires plenty of confidence for me that it is now my primary home defense weapon. The three dot night sights are pretty good in the dark and provide an excellent sight picture. I don't have feedback regarding the gun's accessory rail as I currently won't be utilizing it, but the rail is good to have in case I need it later on. Basic takedown and reassembly of this gun are ridiculously easy with no tools required. Just lock the slide back, rotate the takedown lever, then move the slide forward all the way. Love that this gun includes a decocker, but there is no manual safety for those who want one. When the P226 40th anniversary edition came out recently, I actually considered either that or this one, the Nitron version. I'm now very glad I ended up choosing this one because the Nitron version offers more features than the more expensive 40th anniversary edition of the P226. I highly recommend this gun. It truly is the best pistol I have ever owned.

Dreams really due come...
Dreams really due come true, this firearm is everything that is advertised and more. I'm beyond impressed with the out of the box set up, the trigger once the wall is broken is beyond CRISP, the accuracy is next level the composition and durability of the 226 is unmatched. Everyone has their own preference but the 226 will make everyone a SIG believer, it's not a cheap gun but you absolutely get what you pay for. I will have this gun forever and now I just want another version. Well done SIG for creating a dynasty gun and thank you Buds for the selection, service, and best prices you'll find on line.
