The SIG Sauer P226R is a full-size .357 Sig semi-automatic pistol built on the proven P226 platform. It features a black frame, stainless/silver slide, integral tactical rail, and factory SIGLITE night sights for clear aiming reference in reduced light. Its traditional double-action/single-action system uses a decocking lever for safe hammer lowering without a manual safety. This configuration includes three factory 12-round magazines and can be converted to .40 S&W with a compatible barrel.

I'd never owned a Sig...
I'd never owned a Sig before and had never shot .357 sig before. After owning it for two years, I can't say enough positive about it. My only complaints are the ammo can be expensive and hard to find and you would think that Sig could figure out how to fit 15 rds in the mag. Other than that it shoots like a dream and I'd buy again from Buds.
