Bought this gun from Bud's a few months ago and it's my first Sig Sauer weapon. I carry it almost everyday and I've got about 950-1,000 rounds through it. At around 750 rds it had a stovepipe, but that could have been since I was doing some accuracy training and did not have a magazine in the gun at the time. So, with 1 hint of a failure out of nearly 1,000 rounds, I would say that a 99.90% reliability rate is good enough for me. Sig Sauer lives up to the hype in my experience. I've put various brands of ammo through it, various, types, various grains (weights) of ammo, shot it slathered with various oils, shot it almost dry (no oil), and shot in various weather conditions, including cold rain. So, to summarize, it's a lot better gun than I am a shooter, and I hope and pray that I will never have to use it for it's designed purpose. But if I do, I could confidently rely upon it. I have not shot it...
I have not shot it yet, but right off I can say the double action pull is very heavy. I have had several sig p series pistols and this one has a beyond stiff trigger. Single action mode is good though. Gun came in perfect condition and as described. I will probably change out the main spring for a lighter one to improve the DA pull As for Buds, a smooth and effortless deal every time.
