If you enjoy hammered...
If you enjoy hammered fired Guns, you will love this one not only it's identical to it bigger brother the 226 . I guess the only thing that you have to get the hang of is the first trigger pull once i hammer is down. as long as you have a good grip while you're shooting not to worry about recoil. But of course you have to, practice as long as you're willing learn and improve marksmanship and target acquisition. But best of all buds had the best deal once the transaction was done. It was shipped to my local FFL thanks so much.

I'm not sure how Bud's...
I'm not sure how Bud's can sell this gun for a price that's hundreds less than I've seen elsewhere but, thanks. The P229 Nitron with the E2 grips has outstanding ergonomics, for me any way. I put 150 rounds through it and it was accurate right out of the box. [ after a little cleaning and lube] It performed flawlessly and is a pleasure to shoot. I have the Sig P226 in 40 cal and this is it's 9mm smaller clone. Great gun!

I recently purchased the Sig P229 Nitron Compact from Buds. As a California resident, I'm so glad that Sig continues to make this handgun for the California market (it's still on the California Handgun Roster, which, as most people know, greatly limits the number of handguns available to residents of the state) and that Buds continues to sell the P229 CA Compliant model. My experience with Buds was excellent. The firearm shipped immediately and arrived at my local FFL in just a few days. Following the mandatory (California) ten day waiting period, I picked up my new firearm and I couldn't be happier. The P229 is a compact 9mm (a smaller version of the Sig P226). It's an all metal handgun with an alloy frame and an excellent DA/SA trigger. While I have other handguns, I think the P229 is now my favorite. Thank you Buds!
