The SIG Sauer P239 SAS Gen II is a compact .40 S&W semi-automatic pistol designed for discreet carry. Its SIG Sauer Custom Shop SAS treatment smooths and dehorns the frame and slide to create a snag-resistant profile, while the black hard-anodized frame and Nitron slide provide the supplied Blue/Black finish configuration. The pistol combines a double-action system with SIG Sauer's Short Reset Trigger for a defined single-action reset. SIGLITE night sights support target acquisition in low-light conditions, and black polymer factory grips provide a secure, comfortable hold. The single-stack design carries 7+1 rounds and uses a 3.6-inch barrel.

Bud's was great, as usual. My order arrived quickly, with no problems. I have a few good, medium-priced guns, and I decided to save up and buy a "real" gun. My new Sig Sauer P239 is great. I've put a few hundred rounds through it. It's flawless, and it shoots where I point it. The SRT trigger is a work of art. It's heavier than my S&W Shield .40, but it's all metal. The Shield is in the gun safe, and the Sig is my new carry gun....time to start saving up for more Sig's.

Wow. Awesome firearm. First time owning a sig. Very accurate out of the box! Shoots very smooth and feels great. It also feels really good on my side as a carry. Better feel than my Glock and XDs. Pretty sure this is my new carry weapon now.
