I fired mine for the first time yesterday. I love it! Bud's was great as well. My only complaint has nothing to do with the functionality of the weapon. With my hand size, I do need the extended magazine. I will have to buy a couple. I do not mind the trigger.

Absolutely horrible...
Absolutely horrible trigger. It's very long and heavy with two different notches, but what really makes it bad is the stacking. The longer you pull the trigger, the heavier it gets and then right before it breaks it catches on something. Working the trigger is like scraping your nails on an old fashioned chalk board. A trigger makes or breaks a gun and this trigger turns the Sig 290 into a broken gun. Sig is a great company and I am very suprised they would produce a gun with such a poorly designed trigger.
