A: the guns Buds has are all of recent Manufacture so the odds (99.9%) are very high that they have the upgraded trigger that being said the only way to know with 100% certainty is the check the S/N. A: I just bought the P320 compact and picked it up today. It has not been upgraded. I emailed Bud's and didn't get a response about this question before I picked up the gun at the FFL.
