A: This has a medium grip size. It's a compact pistol so it shouldn't be too big though. If you have small hands I'd recommend the sig p365 or even the sig p365 xl, I know it has xl in the name but it's just a slightly bigger version of the sig p365 and has a pretty thin grip.
