If I could give this...

If I could give this gun a negative star rating I would. It's by far the worst gun I have ever bought in my life. Will not cycle hard cast loads and pops the magazine out when trying to shoot hard cast. The gun was sent back to S&W and barrel swapped and now it seems to shoot the hard cast when I can get the barrel to stop popping out. One shot and mag blows out. The performance center line is supposed to be a better product. I don't know what happened here this is just plain terrible. I own two other performance center S&W handguns (380&357) and never had an issue. S&W should spend some time on youtube reading how many people are having the very same issues and buying products like mag springs, recoil springs & extractors to rectify their issues. My next steps are to return this product. Good news if you just want a 10mm to shoot FMJ regular 180 loads its fine. The gun is totally not to bet your life on carrying it for bear protection which was my plan. I'll use my 357 mag with hard cast rounds for that. S&W very poor product & I'm am very sorry to sound like a complainer but this is just not good. Also if your wondering if I tried a few different ammos I tried 8 different hard cast rounds and they all failed to feed except the FMJs. All the major players were tried in multiple grains as well, Buffalo bore (2). Underwood (2), Doubletap, Federal, Hornady DGH, HSM,Grizzly & Winchester FMJs. I also bought another S&W 10 round mag to see if mine were bad and the new one pops out as well. Maybe the mag release is not strong enough not sure.
