The Smith & Wesson M&P40L Pro C.O.R.E. is a competition-oriented semi-automatic pistol chambered in .40 S&W and equipped with a 5-inch barrel. Its C.O.R.E. slide cut accepts several popular compact red-dot optics, including Trijicon RMR, Leupold DeltaPoint, JPoint, Docter, C-More STS, and Insight MRDS patterns. The pistol includes 3-dot sights, a manual thumb safety, a striker-fired operating system, and three interchangeable textured palmswell grip sizes for a more adaptable fit. The optic shown is not included.

This is an awesome race gun styled m&p. With the tall sights, there's no need to swap out the sights if you add a red dot. After adding a red dot to mine, it has been a fun, accurate and reliable range gun.
