This is a solid and very well built pistol. I like the 9mm option and the weight and feel of the 1911 style. Sights could be a bit more visible, but overall it's a very nice piece.

One of the best 1911 9mm platforms that I have fired. The fit and build of this Springfield is outstanding. The G10 grips and ergonomics with the Contour carry grip are fantastic! \r \r Accuracy with this weapon is consummate with your own abilities, as it is a tack driver. 4" stainless match bull barrel and weight of weapon make this an extremely manageable weapon for first and follow-up shots. Gray frame with black slide, minimal slide graffiti, and excellent presentation make this one a must for any avid 1911 collector.\r \r Thanks Bud's for the excellent product, pricing, shipping and customer service as always!
