The Springfield Armory 1911-A1 MC Operator is a full-size .45 ACP pistol built around a forged-steel frame with an integral Picatinny accessory rail. Its five-inch stainless match-grade barrel and bushing support consistent accuracy, while fixed low-profile combat sights with a dovetail front and 3-dot tritium inserts provide a clear sight picture in low-light conditions. The single-action trigger, ambidextrous manual safety, grip safety, Pachmayr wraparound grips, and GI-style guide rod maintain the familiar handling characteristics of the 1911 platform. It includes two seven-round blued steel magazines.

I got this pistol...
I got this pistol delivered on Christmas eve 2014. Wow!!!! Absolutely beautiful pistol. The only complaint I have is on the top of the front sight the word trijicon is smeared.
