Description
Product Overview
The Springfield Armory 1911 Champion Operator Lightweight combines the handling of a compact 1911 with the practical features of an Operator frame. Its forged lightweight aluminum frame includes an integrated accessory rail for a compatible tactical light, while the four-inch fully supported ramped match-grade barrel provides a shorter, carry-friendly profile without giving up the classic .45 ACP 1911 format. A beavertail grip safety, extended ambidextrous thumb safeties, extended trigger, flat mainspring housing, and Lightweight Delta hammer provide familiar 1911 ergonomics. The Armory Kote finish protects the pistol, and 3-Dot tritium combat sights support rapid sight acquisition in changing light conditions. This law-enforcement package includes two magazines and a range bag.
