Product Overview
The Springfield Armory SAINT MLK is a compact AR-style tactical pistol chambered for 5.56 NATO and .223 Remington. Its forged Type III hardcoat anodized 7075 T6 aluminum upper and lower receivers provide a durable foundation, while the 9.6-inch chrome moly vanadium barrel uses a Melonite treatment for corrosion resistance and service life. The direct-impingement carbine-length gas system works with the M16-pattern bolt carrier group and Carpenter 158 steel bolt. A BCM carbine-length M-Lok handguard, forward hand stop, Picatinny top rail, A2 flash hider, Enhanced Single Stage trigger, Bravo Mod3 polymer grip, and Trinity Force Breach Blade brace complete the configuration. The pistol accepts standard AR-15 magazines and includes one 30-round Magpul PMAG.

Springfield built a solid reliable AR with this pistol. I have 150-170 rounds through it so far- no issues whatsoever. Because it allows for such easy maneuverability, is reliable, and is dead on accuracy out to 50 yards (I haven't shot it passed 50, but I'm sure it'll do just as well), I've made this one my truck gun.
