Buds provided a superb service as always.I am a huge fan of Standard Manufacturing and their parent company Connecticut Shotgun / Galazan. I own several of their products, all great except for this last purchase. This gun has thus far been quite a disappointment. It fails to go into battery and jams about every second shot. Cleaned it and even used upgraded magazines with the same result. Their customer service has not been helpful. Buyer beware.

This is the perfect...
This is the perfect 1911 and I don't know why it's so hard to find. An American made clone of the USGI M1911A1. I've always wanted a WWII 1911 but also a shooter. This looks right and I can shoot it all day. The quality is supreme. I would say craftsmanship is even better than the Colt Government I owned.
