Beautiful color case...

Beautiful color case hardened finish. Colors are as nice as a Turnbull CCH finished firearm. Pistol performed well with ammo with around 1200 fps velocity. Shot some CCI standard velocity which is around 1050 fps and the slide operated pretty sluggishly. Another problem is only 1 magazine is included. Sent a message asking about availability of spare magazine thru Standard Manufacturing support and never got a reply. Good news is a Beretta Neos U22 magazine can be easily modified to work. The Beretta mag needs a notch filed where the magazine release contacts it. I used a black magic marker for layout and positioned magazine with slide fully held back and put feed-lips at same height as factory mag, then actuated button a few times and it put a faint mark in marker. Then used needle file to cut the notch. Magazines works better than the factory one. The factory mag, locks the slide back with 1 round remaining. The follower button needs to be shortened just a small amount. Overall the pistol is better than original Woodsman it was cloned from. Very nicely made. No MIM parts, uses Eagle checkered grips.
