The Tactical Solutions Pac-Lite Fluted Threaded Replacement Barrel is a lightweight .22 LR barrel assembly designed for Ruger Mark I, Mark II, Mark III, and 22/45 series pistols. Its aircraft-grade aluminum construction helps reduce weight, while the fluted profile provides a distinctive appearance. The muzzle is threaded 1/2x28 for compatible accessories and includes a thread protector. The barrel is drilled and tapped for Pac-Lite scope bases and uses a 1:16 twist rate. Installation requires no gunsmithing on compatible pistols.

Nice "upper" for MK...
Nice "upper" for MK III style pistols. Super lite. Must be constructed to tight tolerances, assembling it with the handgun frame was a bit of a challenge. I ordered black but got grey instead, but kept it because returning it was going to be too much of a hassle after mistakenly taking it home from FFL. The grey actually tends to pick up the color of the lighting in your surroundings, so it can tend to look purple or lavender in the right (wrong) situation. That said, it will make an excellent little RFPO for steel challenge. If you order the rail that Tac Sol makes for t his, be aware that it doesn't run all the way from the rear sight to the front. A third party solution might be better if you are using a larger red dot such as a c-more.
