I'm actually very impressed with this pistol. It is replacing an ATI 1911 I regretfully bought as an impulse purchase 3 years ago. That pistol would not let most ammo I tried go into battery all the way and it was nothing but frustration from day one and made worse during the time of covid that ATI was unresponsive to my emails for 2 years. Fast-forward to THIS 1911 and it has eaten literally every type of ammo I have including huge open-tipped hollow points. This is one to keep for sure, and pro-tip, avoid anything made by ATI!
