A: Hello there sweets. Yes it is the current gen. If it comes with a lifetime warranty then buying a buds lifetime plan is not much of a worth, unless Taurus goes out of business then you won't have any warranty. But that's not happening. It's kinda like buying extended warranty on a car...not worth it.

A: Rick, unfortunately no these are only adjustable for windage, not elevation. This uses Novak cut sights so they can easily be replaced and plenty of options to choose from. Hope this helps.
