The Taurus 809 is a hammer-fired semi-automatic pistol built on the Taurus 800 Series platform and designed with Strike Two re-strike capability. If you experience a hard primer and the round fails to fire, the pistol automatically resets to allow an instant second trigger pull for a re-strike. This package includes a .22 Long Rifle conversion kit, giving you the flexibility to shoot 9mm or convert to .22 Long Rifle with the included kit.
