Purchased this gun for my wife. Since most guns this size are probably purchased for women they should be easy to operate. Right out of the box this was a piece of junk. Jammed 75% of the time and the slide fell off several times. Taurus refuses to pay shipping even for a brand new gun. A lifetime warrenty is worthless if you can't take care of the expense of a brand new gun. However, Taurus did repair and return the gun in perfect working order and Bud's graciouslly covered the shipping charges. Not sure if I'll buy another Taurus since customer service is a huge priority of mine.
