The Taurus TX22 Compact is a lightweight .22 LR semi-automatic pistol designed for training, recreational shooting, and discreet carry. It features a polymer frame with a textured grip, a black slide, and a Flat Dark Earth frame finish. The striker-fired Taurus Pittman Trigger System provides a consistent trigger pull, while the fixed white dot front sight and adjustable white dot rear sight support practical target acquisition. A manual safety and integrated trigger safety add additional handling safeguards. The 3.6-inch barrel uses a 1/2x28 thread pattern and includes a thread adaptor, while the Picatinny rail accommodates compatible accessories.

Taurus tx 22 compact...
Taurus tx 22 compact review Well it's a Taurus, after purchase cleaned the firearm and saw aluminum shavings as i took the barrel out. After closer inspection their was a metal bure where small thread protector and barrel meet. Apparently when they test fired the gun it dugout the metal in the the slide yeah lol. I took a diamond file and fixed the barrel. Now the next problem every clip or so the gun short strokes and with cci mini mags which work fine with every other 22lr i have. So very poor quality control another junk Taurus will be my last as well.
