The Taylor's & Company 1911 Traditional is a full-size .45 ACP semi-automatic pistol designed around the proven Government-size 1911 pattern. Manufactured in the Philippines by Armscor for Taylor's & Company, it features a five-inch forged-steel barrel, a blued frame and slide finish, fixed standard sights, and the classic combination of a manual thumb safety and grip safety. Its 7+1 capacity supports the traditional single-stack 1911 format, while two included magazines provide convenient range-ready support. The pistol is well suited to SASS Wild Bunch competition, basic training, recreational shooting, and collection use.

I'm a fan of 1911 45acp. The Taylor and Company 1911 Traditional is what I believe to be one of if not the finest 1911 in its price range.In fact as one reviewer commented that " it rivals models in the 800 dollar range with its build tightness and quality ". I tend to agree as the quality is impressive. On the range it delivers everything one could want in terms of smooth shooting and accuracy. This is a fantastic entry into the 1911 world.Experienced 1911 owners will like the Taylor also.I'm very happy with this purchase from Buds.

as usual fast shipping. Pistol exceeded my expectations, fit and finish was perfect. Haven't fired it yet, but from all I have read I expect it to perform flawlessly. Would recommend anyone wanting a close replica mil spec 1911 to latch on to one of these.

Bought this for use as a range warrior piece where i dont feel the need to be as careful against scratches such as on my Les Baer or Dan Wesson. This pistol fit this meed fine. Feels tight and quality is impressive for the price point. Only thing is I'll need to paint the front sight to enhance its ease of pick up.
