The Taylor's & Company Vintage Howdah Pistol is a reproduction of the Auto & Burglar pistol produced by Ithaca around 1920. Its break-open action features twin rifled barrels chambered for .45 Colt and 3-inch .410 Gauge shells, giving the pistol a distinctive dual-caliber configuration. External hammers are cocked as the action closes, while separate front and rear triggers fire the right and left barrels respectively. The pistol has a color case hardened steel frame, browned octagonal barrels, manual shell extractors, a walnut stock, and a detachable forend. A flip-up rear sight and brass bead front sight complete the traditional configuration.
