Product Overview
The Thompson/Center Arms G2 Contender Pistol Frame is a stainless-finish frame assembly for building a single-shot Contender pistol with the interchangeable barrel system. This package includes the frame, synthetic polymer grip, pistol forend, hinge pin, and forend screws. Its break-open action accepts compatible Contender barrels in multiple calibers, allowing the finished pistol to be configured for different shooting applications. This frame assembly does not include a barrel, sights, or magazine.

The TC Contender G2...
The TC Contender G2 frame came in a very timely manner and was packaged as expected from the factory. The only issue to date is one of the forearm screws was too short; it just barely cleared the forearm, so there was almost no screw available to fasten the barrel. I had a few 10-32 screws, so changed them both out so they would match.

When I received the G2...
When I received the G2 Contender frame the first barrel I installed on it locked properly but the hammer would not cock. I tried five more barrels and four of them would not lock onto the frame and the hammer would not cock for any of them. The frame and four barrels are currently at T/C for evaluation/repair. All of the barrels worked properly on my original Contender frame.
