Description
Product Overview
The Tisas 1911-A1 is a full-size .45 ACP pistol built in the classic GI-style 1911 configuration. Its steel frame and slide feature an explicit Blue/Black finish, while the cold hammer forged barrel is designed for long service life. The short-recoil, semi-automatic action uses the traditional single-action trigger and manual thumb safety. Fixed GI-style sights, a dovetailed rear sight, and black polymer grips complete the military-pattern setup. The pistol measures 8.62 inches in overall length and uses 8-round magazines, providing an 8+1 capacity.

I bought this pistol...
I bought this pistol some time ago not knowing anything about Turkish-made firearms. To my surprise, the Tisas Classic 1911 .45 I a tight solid built pistol. I have put around 500 rounds through it with no problems. For less than $400, it can't be beat.
