The Tisas 1911 Stakeout is a full-size .45 ACP pistol built around a forged carbon-steel Government-length slide and full-size ramped frame. Its five-inch forged and machined barrel uses button rifling for dependable accuracy, while the QPQ Tenifer treatment provides a durable protective finish. Enhanced A1-style sights, including a brass bead front insert, support fast target acquisition. The rounded spur hammer and extended beavertail grip safety preserve the classic 1911 profile while allowing a high, comfortable grip. Turkish Walnut grips complete the traditional service-pistol design.

This is awesome....
This is awesome. Classic lines with just enough comfort features to shoot all day. I did replace the thumb safety, recoil spring, and plunger spring with Wilson Combat parts but that is personal preference. Gun shoots great. Accurate and reliable. Mixed brand of factory and a handful of reloads ran through no problems.
