I bought this pistol...
I bought this pistol for two reasons. One for practice on my 1911's without the high cost of the ammo, not a good choice for that, and for training new shooters. Like I mentioned it is not a good choice for practice if you shoot a 1911 platform, the trigger and the non vertical adjustment of the rear sights will just frustrate you. I am an NRA Certified Handgun Instructor and this pistol is an excellent pistol for first time shooters. The lack of felt recoil is perfect to start shooters off with so they don't develop recoil induced habits. If I had a choice I would choose the model without the muzzle brake, the reason being is that the muzzle brake has to be manually remover with an allen wrench before you can tear the pistol down for cleaning..

Buds gun shop was...
Buds gun shop was awesome with shipping as they always are. The gun has major flaws and i recommend you look them up before buying one. It is not an accurate shooter at all. Even from rest its best grouping is a 4" group at 10 yards. It also jams with almost every ammo i run through it. The slide hangs up as the firing pin block is what rests the hammer and when the slide moves forward it is in constant contact with the hammer face until it gets back into battery. Theres are lots of mods on different forums talking about this. At this point in time Ive never fired a full magazine through the gun without either a stove pipe, failure to feed or failure to eject. Another common failure is that i have to push the slide forward to get it into battery as it hangs up on the hammer. Spend and extra few bucks and get a ruger or browning 22. This ones not worth it. All your low end walthers have problems.
