The ZEV Technologies Tier 1 G23 is a custom .40 S&W pistol built on the Glock G23 platform. It features a 4-inch barrel, a striker-fired action, and a 13+1 capacity. The ZEV Fulcrum Drop In Trigger uses a billet aluminum trigger system with adjustable movement and pull weight, while the custom stippled polymer frame provides a higher grip position, improved indexing, and better control during rapid fire. ZEV Combat Iron Sights deliver a defined sight picture through a thin front sight and wide notched rear sight. The pistol has Glock-style passive trigger safety features and does not include a manual or grip safety.
