I think the Leupold 2...

I think the Leupold 2 piece dove tail mounting system is the best you can buy. I have this on all my guns. There are no screws to loosen on the mount except for the 4 small screws that attach the base to your barrel. I think this is much more secure than the picatinny style mounts and they don't take up as much room.
