Description
Product Overview
The Charter Arms Target Pathfinder is a six-shot double-action revolver designed for dependable rimfire practice and target shooting. Its four-inch barrel provides a longer sight radius and balanced handling, making it easier to develop consistent aim and trigger control. Chambered in .22 LR, it offers economical shooting for beginners and experienced shooters alike. The stainless finish and polymer grips provide a practical combination of durability and comfortable handling, while the three-dot sights support clear alignment on the range. Factory standard models do not include a manual, ambidextrous, grip, or trigger safety; the revolver uses Charter Arms' internal transfer-bar safety system.

I have both the 2" and...
I have both the 2" and 4" Pathfinders. The 2" was sent back so many times Charter Arms finally just sent me a new one. I took both to the range two days ago and ran 150 rounds through them off a rest at 10 yards. Both shot a foot low from point of aim. Groups for both were pathetic. Both guns are loose and sloppy. After the second cylinder from both guns were fired the ejector rod on both guns stuck so badly I really had to grunt to get the dang shells out. It's a poorly designed firearm. They also have poor quality control. In contrast I next fired a 73 year old Russian 1895 Nagant 7 shot revolver. The thing was made in 1940 under wartime conditions. It is solid and locks up like a rock. It shoots 4" high from point of aim but is well centered. Groups were amazing. When I compare it to the junk Charter Arms is turning out (Boasting that it is "American made") I just want to cry. Have we sunk so low in this country that we allow companies to turn out total garbage? Don't buy their products. Boycott Charter Arms until they get their act together.
