The Cimarron Model P MP405 is a traditional 1873 SAA-style single-action revolver chambered for .357 Magnum and .38 Special. Its 7.5-inch barrel provides an extended sight radius and classic proportions, while the six-round cylinder preserves the handling and operation associated with the original single-action design. The revolver features a case-hardened pre-war-style frame, standard blue barrel and cylinder finish, fixed sights, and a one-piece walnut grip. Factory standard models do not include an optic-ready slide, threaded barrel, manual safety, grip safety, ambidextrous safety, or trigger safety.
