The transaction was smooth and easy. The revolver is great and the price was $75 less than anywhere else. The revolver has a smooth action and fun to shoot. I'd recommend Bud's and the Cimarron to anyone interested in a good old fashion type revolver.

I dont know much about...
I dont know much about cowboy guns so please take this review with a grain of salt. I mostly shoot modern semiautomatic pistols and that is my framework for comparison. The good. its a beautiful gun and it works well. The trigger is very light with a slight soft break . Additionally the price point is very attractive. The unusual. The trigger guard is very small and while I can get my finger into it, there is not much room. The trigger is not in the center of the body of the pistol but off set to the left. The trigger has no shoe and its not very wide. Given the lightness of the trigger i didn't find it an issue, There is not much of a grip. I shot .38 special and found the recoil very manageable however .357 might be punishing. Like other cowboy guns it doesn't have a back sight just a front post and I found myself shooting at 6:00 to get it in the 8/9 ring. This is a reproduction of a 145 year old design so the peculiarities I found are almost certainly due to that.
