The Cimarron Whitneyville Dragoon is a historically styled reproduction of Sam Colt's early Hartford revolver. Chambered in .44 caliber, this six-shot percussion revolver features a 7.5-inch part-octagon, part-round blued barrel, an early Walker-style loading lever with latch, and a left-side barrel wedge. Its oil-finished walnut grip, square-back brass trigger guard, and brass back strap reflect the distinctive appearance of the original Whitneyville design, while the stock-cut back strap preserves its period military and frontier character.
