A: Unfortunately, Blem Model Pythons are Not eligible for the rebate, Even though they still do carry the Colt factory warranty. I just put a New Python on layaway and with the rebate on NEW Colts, it came out to a little less than the Blem model price soooooo, Go with the New!!!
