I just received the...
I just received the bounty hunter, very nice finish, good looking gun, I would say the only negative is the stiff trigger, also the actual trigger itself has quite a curve to it making it very hard to have a straight back trigger pull. Changing out the cylinder was not near as easy as some of the other single action guns i have as well. The guide rod was very hard to insert do to close tolerances. I put alittle gun grease on the guide rod and was able to re-install. Over all for the price I feel the gun is very nice, just wished it had a nicer trigger.

Bud's and their 90-day...
Bud's and their 90-day layaway were great as usual. This is a beautiful full-sized pistol. It looks great on the hip and no one can tell it's not a 45 Colt. We put 50 rounds of 22LR though it this morning. We also fired 16 rounds of the ridiculously expensive 22 magnum. Didn't hurt too much as it was a $2.99 box of 22 magnum purchased from J. C. Penney years ago. The gun functioned as was expected and shot quite well with some quarter-sized 3-shot groups with both ammos are 25 yards. There were two issues with the pistol that caused it to be rated down. The ejector rod cover came loose while we were firing the 22 magnum. We applied some lock tight and tightened it back down. There is also a pinkie-nail-sized discolored area on the 22LR cylinder which has grown quite faint with firing and cleaning but none the less is there. Still is a great looking and fun to shoot pistol. If you are looking for a 22LR/Magnum combo gun there are less expensive options. (I know, own one also.) However, if you are looking for something with more heft or a better visual appeal, this is a fine choice.
